Stephen Kokubun is a veteran of the Vietnam War and a retired Master Sergeant, proudly serving 3 years active duty as a field artilleryman then 21 years in the Pacific Army Reserves. He retired after 32 years service as a civilian worker for the U.S. Army. As the Post Guard Comrade Kokubun has responsibilities of a Sergeant-at-Arms, ensuring only qualified members and authorized guests are present at meetings.
