Kevin retired as a Colonel after 30 years in the U.S. Army in 2019, but continues to serve as a Defense consultant to United States Army Pacific.  He originally joined the VFW in 2001 and has been with Post 1540 since 2021.

 

During his uniformed service, Kevin served in Operations' Desert Storm, Iraqi Freedom, Enduring Freedom, and Inherent Resolve. While deployed, he was assigned to the 1st Armored Division, 3rd Infantry Division, and 82nd Airborne Division.

 

While serving, Kevin was awarded the Bronze Star Medal (2 Oak Leaf Clusters), the Meritorious Service Medal, (3 Oak Leave Clusters), the Department of State Meritorious Honor Award, and the Combat Action Badge.
